SHIPPING LEAD TIMES

All of our items are made specially for you, and therefore have varying production times depending on the product. The estimated production time can be found in the product description of each product or on the list below. Please be patient with your order! You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is received. Once your items begin to ship you will receive shipping confirmation emails containing the tracking number.

In-stock items are normally shipped via courier within 2 days of order acceptance. Items shipped via motor freight carrier shipments and drop ships may require up to 10 days from order acceptance. If an item cannot be shipped within 30 days, we will contact you for further instructions.

We recommend that items with extended shipping times be ordered 3 months in advance of desired delivery date.

Shipment dates are approximate. SENSE-ational Spaces, LLC is not responsible for damages resulting from shipment delays or product deliveries.

Our manufacturers ship from various locations which means you may receive your items at different times. 

DAMAGED AND INCOMPLETE SHIPMENTS

All deliveries should be inspected immediately before signing carrier acceptance. Damage description (including damage to outer boxes) and other notations must be written on the delivery receipt or bill of lading and signed by the driver. Retain all packaging.

Report any damage or shortage immediately by emailing our team at SENSEationalSpaces@gmail.com. Please have your customer number and invoice number available. All damage and shortage claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
