With this package, you truly get it all to make your dreams become a reality. You get everything from packages one and two, but in addition, the SS team takes care of ordering, storing, delivering, implementation, and haul away/disposal after installation. You receive personalized safety and therapeutic recommendations for your space along with yearly access to the SENSE-ational Spaces Insider education portal.

So what is actually included with the notetaker package?

• Intake

• Caregiver and client history

• Sensorimotor history assessment

• Environmental assessment

• 60 minute consultation to assess the space (virtual or in-person*)

• Verbal needs assessment

• Verbal family occupational profile

• General verbal recommendations for a SENSE-ational transformation, many of which can be found on our equipment page

• Verbally provide the rationale for recommendations as to the unique therapeutic benefits to support your child and family

• Formal written proposal outlining sensorimotor history, environmental assessment, and equipment.

• Primary and secondary recommendations including photos and therapeutic rationale for recommendations to meet the assessed needs

• 3D rendering of the proposed design plan using your space specifications and dimensions

• Revisions as needed to the proposal based on stakeholder input

• Continual communication with all applicable stakeholders for space development including but not limited to caregivers, case managers, fiscal agencies, funding donors, etc.

• 30 minute phone or video conference call discussing proposal recommendations and questions that arise

• SENSE-ational Spaces will order materials and ship items directly to client

• SENSE-ational Spaces will order, inventory, & store all equipment/materials until date of installation

• Access for one year to the SENSE-ational Spaces Insider page

• SENSE-ational Spaces will implement all items*

• Safety education

• Instruction, equipment, and material walk through

• SENSE-ational spaces will haul away & properly dispose of all trash/boxes

*The cost of equipment is in addition to the initial assessment investment. Additional fees apply for associated travel and labor expenses for consultation assessment and implementation. An additional fee will be implemented for hourly labor costs for consultations beyond 60 minutes. An hourly labor estimate will be provided on your proposal and invoice based on recommendations package three projects including delivery, implementation, and education. Aforementioned base fees do NOT include the cost of labor and materials- these associated costs will be discussed and outlined on the proposal working within your unique space and budget needs.

The starting rate for this package is $2,635.00 for a virtual consultation assessment. For completion of this in person, associated travel and labor expenses are in addition.

*This rate does not include the cost of equipment for the space. For any costs above and beyond this rate, the client determines the budget and all primary recommendations will fall within the allocated amount.
